In The Courts
The Colorado Civil Justice League constantly monitors all civil cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court. The CCJL’s Legal Advisory Board looks for appellate cases that have the potential to significantly impact the civil liability law – for good or bad – in Colorado. In the most important cases, the CCJL will file a ''friend of the court” brief outlining our position. The CCJL has filed the following briefs:
